The type of reservation also allows the use of the color panel, the recurrence tool (book several courts at a time AND/OR book on several days at a time)

Create a coach lesson with openings
To create a lesson/clinic with openings, you have to follow the same process a a lesson without openings. However, you are able to indicate the "capacity" of the lesson. It means, Even if you have already 2 players in a lesson, you can create a "4 players" capacity lesson and 2 more players will be able to subscribe to it.
In the planning, the lesson will instantaneously indicate "full" or for example "opening: 2/4"

How a member subscribe to a lesson
To subscribe to a lesson, members have to log into the website and access to the scheduling system. Then, they will see which lesson has openings.
After clicking on the lesson, the member can see the other players already registered and then add him/herself to the lesson. If the member decides to unsubscribe, it is as easy and needs only one click.
