Q: Is your solution developed with a secure access for members?
A: The solution is very well secure. Each member must fill a registration form, giving them a login and a password. This secure and detail registration form will allow members to connect themselves to the solution.
Q: Are all court booking types available, like coaches lessons or tournaments?
A: All types of court booking are available using the solution. The solution is the reflection of your club, you can create any types of reservation you want and personalize them with differents colors in your schedule.
Q: Is it possible to use the SerLive solution for a global members management?
A: A special members manager is developed in the solution. You reach all informations you need about your members in one click (fees, medical form…). We also add a right manager in wich you give responsibilities and share tasks to your members.
Q: Does your solution supply a Website?
A: One of the tool developed is a Website. With the self building website, customize your own website according to your wishes. This website also become your intranet tool.
Q: What about our existing website?
A: Two solutions are possible. The first you choose the SerLive solution Website customizable without specifics informatics knowledges. Or, the second one, you keep both and make a link on the old one toward the one developed by the solution.
Q: Is online registration possible?
A: SerLive provides a solution 24 hours a day and 7 days a week registration system. However, club manager keeps the control on all registrations thanks to our very secure system.
Q: How members without Internet access can use the solution?
A: We developed a solution which allows clubs' administrators to create members’ accounts for those who don't have an internet access. Moreover, we recommend to clubs to invest in an Wifi Internet station.
