SerLive has created for the clubs, a very powerful and complete module of reservation, allowing the clubs' members to create, modify or cancel reservations of all types, directly on line.
Games in single or double, lessons with coaches and openings, round robins and customized reservations are available to administrators to manage their whole schedule, all over the year.
To facilitate the daily management of the courts, administrators have the right to create periodical reservations (for example, every day, week...) but also book one, or several or all the courts in one click (in case of tournament, maintenance, team matches...). Therefore, administrators can book courts as long in advance as they want, which brings simplicity, efficiency and allows the staff to be quicker and more on the courts! Also, management of openings for round robins, or private / group lessons is perfectly possible and extremely easy!

For safety reasons, all the members get rights, according to their status in the club (tennis user, coach, administrator...), giving them more or less possibilities of reservations. Thus an administrator will be able to create any kind of reservations, while a player will be able to book only reservations in simple and double game, in accordance with the clubs' booking rules (for example: 7 days in advance, only 1 reservation in advance).
The reservation module includes the creation/modification of courts (opening time can be different per court, slots duration can be adapted per court, to the minute: 30'; 45', 1h, 1h15...). A filters editor allows you to group courts together in order to access easily the courts you're interested in (filter: outdoor courts ; filter: lit courts...).
To finish, the scheduling system benefits from advanced tools, as the search engine (authomatic highlight of a player in the daily planning, or listing of all the reservation per type, date, with or without a specified player) or the no-shows follow-up. Different displays of the planning make the daily management easy and efficient.
